职位描述

Summary:

This position should play a key role in the development, implementation and flawless execution of Regional marketing activation programs, including deployment of tailored merchandising tools, execution of sampling and promotions and graphic/activiation agency management.



Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Communication support on key initiatives

? Direct communication of key initiatives (new item launches, consumer promotions) to Regional Field sales force as handed down by Go To Market Manager

? Provide feedback to Go To Market Manager on how to maximize the effectiveness of communication on launches based on regional sales input

? Tailor HQ customer marketing communications to meet the needs of regional field sales force where necessary, with approval from Go To Market Manager

Attend head office/regional office meetings with in support of LKA KAM when necessary (i.e. LKA CPM is unable to travel)

Ensure strong in-store activation programs (sampling, promotion, roadshow etc) with execution excellence

? Work closely with regional sales team on sampling events/channel promotion to ensure field execution consistent with stated desired outcome

? Work with HQ CPM to properly allocate and track the resources (display tools, POSM & etc.) and ensure proper implementation

Audit PG deployment to ensure training is complete, message is on target, and feedback inconsistencies to HQ CPM

Develop and deploy Customized POSM

? Work with local sales team to design and develop creative channel specific display tools for cashier counter, secondary display and mainshelf display

? Conduct POS evaluation to monitor display effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements

? Manage production house to ensure on time and quality delivery

? Work with HQ Activation Manager to obtain appropriate high resolution graphics and brand treatments to be customized for the channel



Development of all POS materials to be in line with brand VIS standards, and reinforce existing brand equity.

Identify enhanced ROI TP spend opportunities

? Work with HQ CPM to identify out of plan opportunities to drive sales, or ways to improve ROI on already planned promotional activity

? Ensure HQ initiated TP spending reports by region are clearly understood and tracked by Regional Field Sales force

Work with Regional Field Sales to ensure that all required TP spend documentation is sent through to HQ in a timely manner, avoiding year end accounting issues

Sales forecasting & Project based tracking

? Work with Customer Marketing HQ to identify regional sales volume plan and track accordingly - flag both risks and opportunities

? Ensure timely submission of forecast from regional field and distributor partners - analyze submission and flag any irregularities

Tracking of WTD distribution targets on key initiatives such as new launches or customers specific programs

Leadership/Managerial Skills

? Must be a strong self-starter, highly devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure

? Polished interpersonal skills & able to work-well with people at all levels in the organization, particularly in sales & marketing related functions

? Good teamwork capability with high integrity; willing to provide coaching/on-the-job training to the team members

? Innovative/creative thinking needed.

Proficient Computer Skills

Master Microsoft office software including powerpoint, excel, word



Willing to travel




Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years' experience in a trade marketing position
Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry - with customers, BTL promotion agencies and other business partners
Fluency in Mandarin; fluency in English
