Responsibilities:

• Closely coordinate with JV management,partners and other stakeholders to make the safe,accurate and timely movement of people,materials and equipment and implement best logistics practice to meet operational requirements.
• Responsibilities of Contract Holder for JV primary logistics contracts and monitor activities of primary logistics in compliance with Contract holder responsibilities
• Monitor contractor performance on secondary logistics and intervene as required where non-compliance with Company standards is detected
• Ensure that all JV logistics operation (both primary and secondary) conform to best Logistical standards for all phases of the JV Project
• Responsible to implement corporate and SCEPCO logistics policies and procedures and originate & recommend improvements to management for all Transport issues and services.
• Review and approve measurement of JV logistics operation performance,statistical reports and KPI’s.
• Review and direct audits of the Contractor vehicles safety inspection schedules.
• Review register of actions arising from inspections and audits,and monitor progress of corrective actions.
• Prepare and monitor JV logistics department budgets.
• Ability to motivate staff and asses/develop high performers to meet their potential.

Requirements:

• Min of 10 years Logistics experience
• Min of 5 years logistics management experience
• Min of 5 years of contract management experience
• College degree
• Professional certification of logistics/supply chain is preferred
• Solid understanding of upstream operation and logistics activities
• Proved experience in stakeholder engagements and contractor management
