Job description
Working with aligned MI specialist to provide local Market Insights:
· Local market opportunity and competitive analysis – Macro trends, industry shifts, and competitor movements
· Customer & Partner analysis – changing behavior/needs, vendor preferences, emerging solutions
· Account level segmentation – Top account profiles, industry, sales play targeting
- Managing branch planning process
· Supports Regional M&C lead to develop Business Plan at branch level
· Utilizes marketing intelligence and data analytics to recommend strategy for segmentation and coverage; perform as a marketing consultant to the branch GMs, actively participates in the selection of high value customers
· Responsible for local root cause analysis and gaps identification
· Acts as consolidation points of all MMs (including aligned BU MMs) in the region
· Builds Regional Marketing Plan with aligned BU MMs, and provides key extracts to the aligned Demand Program teams as requirements for execution
· Utilize market intelligence (industry insights, propensity to buy models, IT opportunity spend) and data analytics to recommend target audience for program executions, and shares insights with the aligned programs
- Managing Branch Pipeline
· Manage pipeline gap analysis to drive optimal routes to market execution, highlighting gaps and providing insightful corrective actions and identifying sales plays and marketing programs to close the gaps
· Manage next quarter pipeline build; partners with aligned regional BU MMs and regional DP leader to address pipeline gaps
Required
Bachelor's Degree
