工作职责:
- 搜寻符合资格的候选人
- 代表客户以专业的沟通方式将工作机会推荐给适合的候选人
- 管理候选人的需求和招聘流程
- 推荐候选人之前与候选人做充分的面试沟通
- 与候选人建立良好的关系，并保证他们的简历在数据库里随时更新

工作要求:
- 2013年应届毕业生，本科学士学位及以上
- 良好的人际沟通技巧和展示技巧
- 谦虚，勤奋，有责任心，注重细节
- 具有较强的抗压能力和紧迫感，并能够在规定的时间内完成公司给予的任务
- 较好的逻辑思维能力，并以结果为导向
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 熟练使用MS Office
