Location: Cheng Du, Sichuan, China

Responsibilities:


- Provide visible HSE leadership and management of local HSE arrangements to deliver Goal Zero,TQ Energy efficiency and compliance with workplace/building regulations,licences & consents etc
- - Develop service strategies and an annual business plan including a workplace HSE Plan,space planning,services & projects planning,budgeting,contract management and business controls
- Development and implementation of space/occupation tactics and plans to satisfy business needs including flexibility to support changes in requirements (in alignment with ShellWORKS guidelines)
- Management of full range of service contracts including numerous Bronze contracts (up to $1 MLN),selected Silver Contracts ($1 – $5 MLN)
- Active liaison with local senior leader(s) and business focal points to understand needs,advocate direction and develop management plans
- Measure and manage full-range of business performance and reporting to China Site Manager as required.
- Manage construction and building infrastructure projects (Capex & Opex) where applicable including HSE,cost quality and programme
Cost planning,controls reporting,interventions and forecasting
- Work with the China Site Manager on the development of cross-business services,space and contract strategies
- Assessment of business risks and implementation of an appropriate controls & assurance plan
- Manage local procurement activity including sub-contracting by main-contractor
- Lead/support and develop of the site team(s) and key contractors
- Act as site focal point for promotion of the Group Travel Policy and support Travel communications

Requirements:

- 4-6 working experiences in multi culture companies with leadership potential to be able to drive the high performance of RE services
- Sufficient Facilities Management experience/qualification
- Familiar with the major service lines (office projects, new office setup, office relocation, office transition management)
- Experience in managing service contracts
- Sufficient Joint venture working experiences would be also preferred
