Job Responsibilities / 职位描述:
Project Management
- Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. These projects typically have medium levels of complexity and risk.
- Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
- Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Gains agreement for revisions to the project(s) from project sponsors.
- Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. Actively represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business.
Benefits Management
- Identifies mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured, and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time. Recognizes issues that may help or hinder the change and works with others to tackle them.
- Monitors outcomes against what was predicted in the business case, and ensures that operational managers and staff are informed and involved throughout the change programme and fully prepared to exploit the new operational business environment once it is in place.
- Leads activities required in the realization of the benefits of each part of the change programme, co-ordinating personnel from different disciplines and with different viewpoints.
- Works closely with operational architects to ensure that the system / service design will provide operational cost-effectiveness, as well as the performance / service levels.

Job Requirements / 职位要求
- Minimum a degree qualification,preferable in Information Technology.Those with professional qualificationwould have an advantage.
- At least 5 years work experience in IT project management, and retail industry is preferred.
- Has achieved proficiency in project management. Has gained experience of achieving results through effective team leadership and through the planning, control and formal review of IT projects, including demonstrable success in managing multiple projects.
- Has proven leadership skills, and a good knowledge of business analysis. Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills, is proficient in project quality management, and familiar with programme management.
