Education Background: 教育背景

Bachelor degree or above, majored in logistic management, Environment Engineer, safety Engineering or related subjects.
本科及以上学历，物流管理，环境工程，安全工程管理等相关专业。
Good read and written skills with English.

Professional Experience专业经验:
At least 5 years GMP/ISO/ Eco-Vadis /EHS certificate relevant experiences in manufacturing industry or logistic industry.
至少5年在制造行业或物流行业相关GMP、ISO、Eco-Vadis 和EHS体系认证相关工作经验。
Rich experience with ISO management system (ISO9001&ISO14001) ,internal and external certification audit.
丰富的内外部审计以及体系认证经验，特别是在ISO9001&ISO14001&18001管理方面。
Good process management capability and written communication skills
良好的流程计划能力和书面表达能力。
Stronger talent of cooperate management and cross-department coordination较强的跨部门协调和合作能力

Job content工作内容描述

Key areas of responsibility 主要职责领域:
· Be responsible for the documents and a various of records control with the quality management system, and push all processes to implement within organization.
负责公司质量管理体系文件以及质量的过程控制，并推动所有程序在组织内实施；
· Assist the relevant department to implement the audit of the second and the third part.
协助相关部门进行公司质量管理体系的二方、三方认证审核工作；
· Be responsible for the internal and external audit of the quality process, work out the internal check list to audit the relevant department. Summarize all issues to follow corrective actions.
负责质量管理体系内外部质量体系审核，编写质量管理体系内审检查单，按策划完成质量管理体系内部审核工作，进行审核总结，对审核中发现的问题进行跟踪管理；
· Participate management audit preparation and implement activities, work out a management audit report and deliver corrective analysis report to the relevant department. Verify the management review and work out an effective plan.
参与管理评审的策划，准备管理评审会议报告，参加管理评审会议，出具管理评审报告，对管理评审输出措施进行验证；
· Review and coach all department quality management system ensure that the system runs smoothly.
监督和指导各部门完成质量管理体系并确保这个体系正常运转；
Coordinate every department to make analysis upon incidents, follow up and push related actions to be completed.
协调各部门对质量事件进行分析，跟进并推动相关行动的完成。
Support all clients’ audit requirements from commercial department and act as a CQE’s role.
支持来自于商务部门的客户审计要求并且承担CQE的所有管理职责。
Be responsible for knowledge share collection and post to staff.
负责知识分享的收集并公示给员工
