任职条件：
1、高等技术教育（电气工程硕士学位优先）;接受应届毕业生
2、具有较强的电气工程知识，具有至少3年的经验，***在研发中的印刷电路板;
3、需要具有硬件经验，包括电子元件和PCB。
4、有电力电子相关背景者优先;
5、较强的分析能力和系统的工作方法，具有高度的个人主动性协调团队合作者，在各个级别、技术和管理方面具有出色的英语（口语和书面）沟通技巧强烈的结果导向;
6、出色的解决方案查找器，强大的分析和故障排除技能，可从根本上解决复杂问题
