职位描述
岗位职责
1. 负责业务系统的整体研发工作, 涉及前后端的框架和核心模块的设计、实现；
2. 对接业务需求，管理研发任务，并对研发进度和结果负责；
3. 负责系统需求分析、架构设计、系统设计等文档输出及其编写与评审工作；
4. 协调项目资源，优化团队协作效率，促进项目推进；
5. 负责督导系统维护，故障解决、确保系统的正常稳定运行；
6. 定期代码审查；
7. 完成交代的其他工作。
任职条件
1. 计算机及相关专业毕业本科及以上学历, 6年以上Java应用开发经验, 有3年以上项目团队开发管理经验；
2. 能独立设计和搭建Java项目, 精通 Spring Cloud 相关技术及常用中间件原理及其使用；
3. 熟练掌握常用数据库（Oracle，MySql, MongoDB 等）及调优技巧；
4. 精通前后端开发技术，并有成功领导3个以上项目的开发落地；
5. 从事过高并发Web系统前后端的架构设计、代码开发工作；
6. 能够自我驱动，乐于接受挑战，抗压能力强，有三年以上电商核心项目开发工作经验优先考虑；
7. 良好的文字功底与表达沟通能力。
