职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the sales data and business reports foundation, closely work with Finance, Sales and other local and global function partners to forge a coherent and systematic China business outlook
- Upon the data and dashboard results, act as a key member responsible for the business insights generation, and interface with the peer functions to contribute China Sales and GP sustainable growth
- From pricing, customer,market coverage, online/offline, direct/indirect etc. diverse perspectives to analyze he company sales revenue, gross profit, customer growth performance and trend.
- Support the company level and sales operation strategic development, contribute to the commercial initiatives, sales effectiveness improvements upon the data-driven decision flow
- Other work assigned by superior and company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus
- Solid commercial working experience in handling mass product SKU and diverse online&offline sales channels, MRO, auto, industrial products related background will be the extra advantage
- Strong business acumen, expert in support company level business strategy from pricing, customer and region coverage, OTC performance, etc. data analysis and can lead to insights and business proposal output
- Proven tracking record in commerical projects owners and cross function collaboration to reach the consensus
- Strategic planning for sales growth and margin promotion, proficient with MS office and familiar with SAP, QlikView, PBI, etc.
- Good English communication and presentation skills is mandatory
- Mature, self-driven, accountable, enthusiastic, and high aspiration in promoting personal development with the organization sucess.
