·020202020202Liaise with supply chain management and execute timely purchase of materials.
·020202020202Create and manage vendor list, release purchase document to vendors to purchase goods in compliance with purchasing policy and procedures.
·020202020202Manage vendor key performance index, keep close contact with supplier on delivery.
·020202020202Analyze purchasing performance against key performance indicators.
·020202020202Coordinate with internal and outside stakeholder to develop solution for improving purchasing performance.
·020202020202Adjust PO delivery time according to update production plan to control inventory value.
·020202020202Build and continuously optimize purchasing process and tools, including MRO.
·020202020202Manage oversea supplier and handle import purchase items.
·020202020202Coordinate with project manager, and product or sourcing manager to fulfill customer requirement and improvement on products or sourcing strategy.
·020202020202Ensure compliance with policies, procedure, and internal business controls.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·020202020202At least 2 years’ experience on purchasing and supplier management.
·020202020202Bachelor’s degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred.
·020202020202Be skilled in using SAP
·020202020202Good communication skill with different stakeholders
·020202020202Good purchasing data analysis ability is preferred.
·020202020202Integrity, teamwork spirit
·020202020202Proficient in use of office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; Sensitive in data analysis and report.
