工作职责：
1、对生产设备电气程序（触摸屏、伺服控制器、变频器、视觉等）进行日常管理；（改善、维修、备份），对维修人员进行自动化电气专业知识培训，现场操作sop制作；现场设备自动化技改，方案评估，供应商评价，技改进度跟踪；；
2、设备程序合理性评估，新设备调试问题点识别、汇总、追踪处理。
3、对产线低效率工位进行识别；改善提升，安全、品质等涉及电气问题改善实施。
4、生产过程中突发异常紧急处理，问题点原因查找，对策制定实施；异常数据统计分析；
5、相关体系审核事项准备，审核过程中不符合项的整改。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机电或电气自动化专业，5年以上制造业设备设计或维护经验；
2、具备三菱、西门子PLC、人机、伺服等自动化设备设计编程经验；
3、了解PLC、MES、SCADA之间的通讯及数据采集原理；
4、有良好的沟通能力，能够与客户、同事和供应商进行高效沟通；
