Job Responsibilities：

61Support sales department for customer activities, promotion and acquisition
of orders, especially for the complicated or new technology in the field of
functional safety
61 Evaluate special inquiries, regulation updates, adjust existing services
or develop new service as requested, especially for the complicated or new
technology in the field of functional safety
61 Report to upper management regarding but not limit to issues, observations
and suggestions about external and internal environment
61 Provide professional in-house or public training and seminar to external
partners and customers in the field of functional safety
61 Provide professional training to internal colleagues in the field of
functional safety
61 Provide training to junior engineers and support other colleagues on
qualification and technical knowledge development
61 Provide support and technical supervising for other engineers.
61 Manager all the functional safety projects properly assigned by the
company. Ensure the correct implementation of audit, assessment and testing and
preparing of technical and administrative documentation.
61 Implement and manage all project related activities. Ensure the correct
project implementation and document the used service hours in the field of
functional safety
61 Proper management of the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality,
lead-time and customer satisfaction.
61 Ensuring the implementation of company quality system.
61 Implement and ensure application of business line or product line policies
and tools.
61 Ensuring effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and
cross departments

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:

separate personnel

61 New business development together with competence center and TCC expert
group
61 New customer/market development together with sales/marketing team

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle engineering, electrical and
electronic, software, communication, functional safety. etc.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill
3. A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in automotive functional safety,
audit, consultancy or testing.
4. Familiar with the related standard for functional safety, e.g. ISO 26262,
UN R156...
5. Deep knowledge of IT technology, software development, and cybersecurity
safety is a plus.
6. Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and excellent
customer service.
