HR Manager - Shenzhen
Our client is a large European FMCG leader with large production/operation set-up in Shenzhen. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take the lead on Recruitment and C&B functional areas
Key Responsibilities:
? This position is reporting to the Senior HR Manager in Asia HQ,
? Focus on Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
? Oversee a wide spectrum of human resource development functions including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training, Company value and staff development
? Plan, organize and manage the professional recruiting activities to ensure the quality and cost of Staffing services
? Involve for recruitment process - including interview & orientation program
? Understand positions' key performance technical and management competencies; advise line managers on search approach and selection criteria, manage the recruitment process. Monitor the setting in and performance of new hires
? Participating in staffing process improvement, work force planning
? Maintain and adjust the compensation and benefit strategy, policies and structure to ensure the growth and development of the business
? Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data and review current C&B program to meet business needs
? Ensure company C&B policy and operations comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
? Manage the relationship with third party websites, headhunting companies and other vendors
Key Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/Business administration/Psychology
? 5+ years’ HR experience in MNCs, with 2 years related to recruitment
? Demonstrated tactfulness on people-oriented issues, knowledge in C&B and Administrative areas
? Demonstrated strong influencing and project management skills
? Problem solving skills, and continuous improvement process skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent English and Chinese, in both speaking and writing
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
? Frequent travels between Shenzhen/Hong Kong are needed
