职位描述
- Deeply develop and manage the relationship with clients.
开发并维护新老客户
- Analyze clients' training needs and provide them with high-quality training solutions.
分析客户培训需求，设计相应的培训解决方案
- Sign training contracts with clients. Follow through in all aspects of training service and develop additional business.
负责签订培训合同，培训服务的全程跟进及后续开发
- Assist director to train and coach training consultants.
协助推进相关业务和流程的培训
任职要求：
- University or higher education background with
大学本科及以上学历
- Over 5 years working experience, include at least three years sales, marketing or internal training management experience.
五年以上工作经验，其中三年以上销售、市场或培训管理经验
- Self-motivated, be good at communication and learning.
积极主动，善于沟通，学习能力强
- High team cooperative spirit.
良好的团队合作精神
- Proficient computer skills as well as language skills in English including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
良好的英文沟通能力，办公软件操作熟练
