职位描述
化工、材料及相关专业,本科或硕士学历,有注塑、橡胶、无纺布及纸类生产型企业 5年以上工艺经验。有铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜工艺经验者优先(有注塑、挤压的经验优先),英语读写流利,可以进行日常口语沟通。
职责:
在制造经理领导下,和公司现有的生产工程师分工协作,完成以下工作职责:
1、通过应用技术技能优化工厂运营,解决工厂问题,并实现低成本、高质量产品的安全高效生产,成为运营的重要资源。要求具备工作纪律中的理论、实践和程序的概念知识。执行日常任务并使用现有程序解决标准问题。应用通过教育或过去经验发展起来的商业常识。
2、利用运营团队解决问题的技能和技术专长,与运营团队密切合作。
3、进行根本原因故障分析(RCA),以消除重大生产停工、质量异常或ESH事件的原因。
4、参考历史数据并与工艺技术中心协商,提升并适当应用工厂和技术的知识。
5、确保理解和利用最有效技术(MET),并将过程自动化作为优化工厂性能的工具。
6、当出现更好的解决方案时,挑战/升级MET应用和假设。
7、支持过程安全活动,并作为相关过程安全问题的资源
8、与工艺技术中心(PTC)小组合作,执行高级故障排除和改进,并记录操作规程。
9、了解为什么需要具体的程序步骤和预防措施,并保持强大的现场存在以加强其重要性。
10、应用SDCA方法来提高驾驶稳定性,提高质量和可靠性。
11、确保为操作员提供适当的工作工具,以安全地执行生产文件中描述的所有活动。
12、准备和/或更新工艺文件,如标准操作程序、工艺参数、工艺规范和PFMEA,以确保安全、标准化和效率,
13、就新的或更新的程序对生产人员进行培训,确定关键的工艺任务,并确保程序有效并得到遵守。
14、作为跨职能团队的制造代表参与制定流程改进、设备设计升级和战略改进,以实现长期目标。
15、分析生产各个阶段的数据,以确定过程控制和定义的关键过程参数的能力。
16、对日志、报警历史记录、过程数据和报告进行日常审查,以更好地了解工厂运营情况,并参与日常活动并采取相应行动。
17、维护、拥有和审查每日关键流程指标(KPI)/趋势,以确保***绩效。
1、Serves as a vital resource for Operations by applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve plant problems, and enable safe and efficient production of low cost, quality products. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within job discipline. Performs routine assignments and solves standard problems using existing procedures. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
2、 Works closely with the operations team leveraging their problem solving skills and
technical expertise.
3、 Conducts Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA) to eliminate causes of significant production downtime, quality abnormalities or ESH incidents.
4、 Elevates and appropriately applies knowledge of the plant and technology referencing historical data and conferring with process Technology Center.
5、 Ensures Most Effective Technology (MET) is understood and utilized and that process automation is used as a tool to optimize plant performance.
6、 Challenges/escalates MET application and assumptions when better solutions arise.
7、 Champions process safety activities and acts as a resource for relevant process safety concerns
8、 Partners with Process Technology Center (PTC) group to perform advanced troubleshooting and improve and document operating discipline.
9、 Understands why specific procedure steps and precautions are needed and keeps a strong field presence to reinforce the importance.
10、 Applies SDCA methodologies to drive stability and improve quality and reliability.
11、 Ensures proper working tools are available for operators to safely execute all and activities describe in production documentation.
12、 Prepares and/or update process documentation such as standard operating procedures, process parameters, process specifications and PFMEAs to ensure safety, standardization and efficiency,
13、 Trains production personnel on new or updated procedures, identify critical process tasks and ensure procedures are effective and followed.
14、 Participates as the manufacturing representative on cross-functional teams to develop process improvements, equipment design upgrades and strategic improvements to meet long-term goals.
15、 Analyzes data throughout the various stages of production to determine process control and capability for defined critical process parameters.
16、 Conducts daily review of logbooks, alarm history and process data and reports to better understand the plant operation and stay engaged with daily activities and act accordingly.
17、 Maintains, owns, and reviews daily Key Process Indicators (KPI)/ trends to ensure optimum performance.
