Job Description
Manages Production, transport execution and stocks
a. Manages the Coordinators for Stock and Transport & Filling-Handling .
b. Establishes and follows up the performance indicators (technical and financial)
c. Ensures planning, controlling and realizing of capital expenditures and operational expenses
d. Compares performance indicators with objectives for productivity and costs control
e. Participates to benchmark with other plants of similar size .
Process improvement through quality management
a. Participates to technical development studies or projects
b. Proceed to productivity improvement by setting relevant action plan
c. Participates and follows-up of of the SLA with other plants/entities
d. Ensures control of external costs through procurement policies implementation
Plant Team and qualification management
a. Reviews each job's responsibilities of the plant and identifies and/or checks required qualification and competencies to perform the job in accordance with country regulation and group procedures
b. Ensures that training and qualification program are implemented and that quality procedures are followed by the all staff of the plant. Proceed to manager performances appraisal
c. Coordinates productions, handling, transport actions, defines priorities according procedures
Ensures Quality and Safety management of the facility
a. Interfacing with HSE manager to execute quality plan. Operates the plant in compliance with all governmental regulations and AL specifications (IMS). Seveso regulation compliance
b. Ensures that the customer complaint process is effective and that addressing all possible issues,
c. Ensures that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment
d. Ensures safe handling, storage and filling of cylinders
Promotes good external relations
a. Ensures relations with local regulation entities
b. Initiates, participates to local events in order to improve the information dedicated to citizens and their local representatives.

Required Qualifications And Competencies
Bachelor Degree and above, major in mechanical is preferred
Above 8 years operation management working experience in related industry is preferred
Good English skills, good communication and team cooperation
Familiar with ISO9001 and Industrial management system
