Major Responsibilities:
1.？？？？？Organize Plant Budget, Forecasts, MTP, and reporting activities.
2.？？？？？Organize Cost center planning, prepare and review Standard cost calculations and deviation tracking & analysis.
3.？？？？？In charge of monthly closing & reporting of Production site, Costing, Purchasing price difference, Scrap etc.
4.？？？？？Performance analysis of Expenses, Capex, Inventory control etc.
5.？？？？？Organize physical count of inventory, report of variance analysis.
6.？？？？？Improve the Controlling processes to make work more sufficient
7.？？？？？Proactively advice and support Plant management in all financial issues.
8.？？？？？Support Operation Managers & Operation Director all operative activities from controlling view.
9.？？？？？Ensure the adequate data and support for internal & external auditors.
10.？？Participate in Group Projects.

Requirements:
-？University degree or above, major in Finance related.
-？6+ years’ Cost/Controlling work experience.
-？Good SAP knowledge.
-？Good Excel skills.
-？Manufacturing company background.
-？Good team work and communication
-？Good English skill.
-？Work under pressure.
-？Power Query, Power Pivot & Power BI experience is a plus
