职位描述
Responsibilities:
You will lead FI pillar with creative thinking to achieve high level maturity of process.
You will lead change and drive loss reduction to ensure the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.
FI Project Management
1. Lead plant wide FI project selection and project implementation with creative thinking to ensure achieve AOP saving target delivery.
2. Drive best practice sharing and new procedure replication in plant wide.
FI Maturity Management
1. Drive FI maturity improvement.
2. Lead FI maturity master plan development and deployment to achieve high level maturity of process.
FI Pillar Operation Management
1. Drive FI pillar team operating healthy & One Goodyear way approach for pillar operating standardization improvement.
FI Capability Management
1. Governance FI Tactics alignment with key stakeholders.
2. Build a problem solving culture in whole organization focused on loss elimination and performance improvement and influence stakeholder to accept new procedure.
3. Responsible for all levels of people on FI Solving capability improvement.
Audit & Reports
1. Lead FI management meet customer audit and others agency audit requirement.
2. Responsible for all AP/Local FI Reports accuracy.
Requirements:
1. You are a bachelor or master, experienced with lean and 6Sigma interaction in a manufacturing environment.
2. You are good at coaching and a problem solver.
3. You are experienced in project management.
4. You are a good communicator in both English and Chinese （verbal and written）.
