【职位描述】
You will lead FI pillar with creative thinking to achieve high level maturity of process.
You will lead change and drive loss reduction to ensure the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.
FI Project Management
- You will lead plant wide FI project selection and project implementation with creative thinking to ensure achieve AOP saving target delivery.
- You will drive best practice sharing and new procedure replication in plant wide.
FI Maturity Management
- You will drive FI maturity improvement and lead FI maturity master plan development and deployment to achieve high level maturity of process.
FI Pillar Operation Management
- You need to drive FI pillar team operating healthy & One Goodyear way approach for pillar operating standardization improvement.
FI Capability Management
- You need to governance FI Tactics alignment with key stakeholders.
- You can build a problem solving culture in whole organization focused on loss elimination and performance improvement and influence stakeholder to accept new procedure.
- You are Responsible for all levels of people on FI Solving capability improvement.
Audit & Reports
- You will lead FI management meet customer audit and others agency audit requirement.
- You are Responsible for all AP/Local FI Reports accuracy.
【任职要求】
- You are a certify black belt with strong problem-solving capability with lean-six sigma methodology.
- You have experience on project management in whole factory. be able to delivery cost saving results as requirement.
- You have more than 5 years MFG experience, Tire MFG will be plus.
- You are a Good skill on trainer and coacher. be able to delivery training and develop talent on green belt, yellow belt.
- You are a good communicator in both Chinese and English
- You are master on Excel and PPT skill.
- You with good leadership skill. be able to lead change and innovation with team. ？
