Execute operational logistics requirements necessary for the successful import and/or export of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer's satisfaction.


1.Plan and execute logistics requirements necessary for the successful export and/or import of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer' satisfaction; Accomplish tasks before deadline given by Operations Supervisor/manager if applicable.

2.Manage day-to-day operational emergencies in your area and to inform Operations Manager of any serious incidents.

3.Work cooperatively with colleagues to balance workloads, resulting in the effective and timely updating of necessary information, customer communication, freight billing, collections and documentation requirements.

4.Assist the Operations Manager with weekly, monthly and end of month activities demanded by the business and assist with resolution of any cost control or invoicing issues.
