Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We are looking for an Accountant , for ACC China team, who will be based in Tianjin, China. The role will directly report to Finance Head of China.
Financial Control & Planning function contributes to develop the financial reporting process in cooperation with other functions and subsidiaries of the group within the financial reporting area and holds the responsibility to secure reporting accuracy. It has also the role to support company in reaching its defined set of objectives, propose corrective actions to optimize and drive financial business performance, risk management and support value creation.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Fix Assets registration, recording additional, disposal, and calculating depreciation in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage AP/AR, handling transactions and assisting in payroll processing.
- Coordinated employee expense report, debtor reports, monitor the outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts .
- Prepared and finalized Month End Reporting, ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
- Conduct tax calculations and tax declarations in accordance with tax regulations, handle the tax declaration for head office & branch offices, the keep abreast of tax policy developments, and cooperate with financial managers to respond to various tax inspections and risk assessments.
- Assist Chief Accountant to complete the tasks assigned by the Group Finance
- Accounting audit support
Education & Professional experience
- University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, JGAAP and IFRS knowledge is plus
- Over 5 years of experience in accounting and tax
- Good English skill in Reading, writing, and speaking
- Familiar with laws and regulations applied to accounting, tax, compliance of China, understand the latest policies on various tax types
