天津招聘

岗位职责：
1、负责客户合同的制作、签订、存档、续约管理及客户资料维护等；
2、落实销售部门的各项工作要求，支持销售团队的商务需求，协助、协调各部门之间的合作；
3、协助销售对客户关系的维护；
4、销售订单的录入、把关和处理；
5、协助销售对应收账款进行有效的追款和管理；
6、发起、推进并完成所需工作中的各项内部流程；
7、协助各类项目执行中所需的支持工作；
8、协助销售部门的项目招投标工作，完成商务文件的资质准备等相关工作；
9、 与公司内部各职能部门协作，保证合同约定的内容顺利实施并按时完成等后台支持工作；
10、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、条理清晰、具有耐心仔细、踏实认真、吃苦耐劳的工作精神；
3、具有较强的工作积极主动性、责任心强；
4、有较强的学习能力、理解和沟通能力、团队协作能力；
5、熟练操作常用的办公软件，尤其Excel。
