岗位要求：
1.机械相关，中专以上学历,35岁以下
2.持焊接作业资格证者优先
3.1年以上机械行业生产线操作经验
4.工作认真踏实。
5.沟通能力较强。
6.工作认真负责。
7.具有创新精神。
8.身体健康。
岗位职责：
1.根据岗位要求按时做好相应的生产纪录工作，记录要保证真实，准确。
2.能够达到所在操作岗位的产量要求，保证交货期。
3.生产过程中发现问题(如发现某种缺陷突然增多或生产设备出现异常、工艺出现问题等)需立刻报告上级主管，同时立即停止生产，并及时找到相应工程师或维修人员进行处理。
4.检查的日常所用生产设备，保管所用工具。
5.防止现场混料，避免不良情况发生。
6.做好所在区域的日常5S点检和维护。
7.严守车间的出勤要求，及遵守公司的相关管理规定。
8.对所在的工作区域，不定期提出个人的相关改善建议。
9.进入焊接现场时，必须佩戴相应的PPE，如防护镜、耳塞、手套、工作鞋等等。

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
