岗位职责：

1.协助各区域销售团队挖掘客户的培训需求，通过提供售前会议支持、方案支持等多种方式促进在线培训业务的业绩达成；
2.建立销售漏斗，通过数据分析，形成相关案例，支持销售工作；
3.独立或与老师配合进行销售赋能，提供销售工具帮助销售将产品触达客户；
4.独立或与老师配合进行线上、线下推广活动，增加产品影响力，推动产品售卖；
5.完成主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历；
2.2年以上工作经验，领导力培训、课程设计、学习项目设计、人才培养等项目经验优先，资深乙方工作经验优先；
3.熟悉甲方企业大学、培训部门项目实施或在线学习平台优先；
4.优秀的沟通、谈判、文案撰写能力。
