Executes the laboratory activities, such as coordinating & planning testing requests in line with defined policies, procedures and instructions. Monitors on the accurate calibration of the laboratory equipements.
Leads implementation and maintenance of Laboratory Quality Management System according to ISO/IEC 17025 such as coodinating laboratory documents, procedures handbooks and laboratory quality manual, planning and performing laboratory quality system audits, managing laboratory customers complaints treatment,etc. Maintains the proper functioning of test and measurement devices in order to ensure required tests reliability.
1. Reviews and updates laboratory documents (forms, instructions, visual aids), procedures handbooks and laboratory quality manual in accordance with standards. Maintains Laboratory document list under latest revision status and issues and shares timely laboratory management system documents to concerned parties.
2. Prepares the annual Laboratory quality system audits, performs Laboratory audits, communicates results and defines (or request) action plans. Monitors actions plan realization (realization status, effectivness and effeciency measurement)
3. Oversees laboratory customers complaints and non conformities treatment processes by analysing root causes, defining and overseeing implementation of action plans in order to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Plans calibration and verifies measurement devices according to the periodic planning. Establishes and monitors operating and checking instructions of measurement devices. Performs capability and R&R studies according to the periodic planning.
5. Establishes the report, interprets test results and detects anomalies and communicates test report to concerned parties. Participates in identifying root causes and proposes corrective actions. Maintains and updates metrology file including test reports, life sheets, internal verification, external certificates, etc.
6. Coordinates with Maintenance and/or device suppliers the repair of equipments in case of measurment device fails and breakdowns. Assures the well keeping of test equipments and the organisation and cleaness of the work areas while respecting defined flows, locations and storage conditions.
7. Reviews Laboratory Management System and Metrology KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet Company's objectives.
8. Responsible equipment for daily/weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance.
9. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
