Provides effective and efficient technical support requested by quality and customer relation
1. Analyses internal technical support requests.
2. Consolidates & validates priorities of received technical support requests with CoE manager, schedules and communicates the technical support planning.
3.Provides effectively requested technical support and reports regulary on progress according to predefined rules and procedures.
4. Develops and communicates end of supporting mission report, validates results and closes the support mission.
5. Suggests continuous improvement actions to improve R&D and Innovation results and KPIs.
6. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
7. Prepares, communicates and reviews Business application KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the IT department and the Company's objectives.
8. Provides strategic consultancy support to customers in defining or designing business processes and researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements.
