Implements all Industrial Performance Department activities and operations, such us, products industrialization projects, industrial performance improvements, process parameters management and tooling management in cooperation with Quality, Production, Logistics and Maintenance departments in order to meet plant objectives.
1. Responsibles for field critical process parameters compliance, tracks copper and insulation overconsumption deviation, performs root causes analysis , analyses results adequacy and proposes accordingly improvement actions such tooling replacement, process parameters adjustment, etc. in order to meet target objectives.
2. Analysis industrial performance results such as TRO, Scrap Rate, Running Time, stopped products etc. and give action to improve it. Analysis potential industrial performance gap causes and to the development of improvement action plans during cross functional problem solving meetings.
3. Creates or updates process parameters and receives of Bunching, Rod drawing, Multidrawing, Extrusion, NPS and Rewinding processes in order to meet target performance.
4. Performs on field tests, oversees samples production as required for problems root causes analysis, action plans efficiency verifications or improvement project deployment. Develops testing report including test results of produced samples.
5. Undertakes process parameters verification and calibration such as debit tests, testing and calibration of plastic color, verification of barrel and extrusion screw, bunching payoff calibration, etc. and takes accordingly adequate actions. Responsibles for the validation of new equipment or upgrades.
6. Updates of products technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other relevant technical documents and datasheets.
7. Contributes to the Industrial performance KPI's review and proposes accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Department and the Company's objectives.
8. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non- disclosure agreement.
