2.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标
- Design the control systems for material feeding systems according to technical protocols. Support equipment/component purchasing and production, evaluate supplier /sub-contractor quotations and submittals, solve any installation and commissioning problems at customer sites with the goal of satisfying our customers
依据技术协议设计物料给料系统的电仪控制系统；支持设备/部件采购、制造；评估供应/分包商的报价等相关文件；协助解决现场出现的问题以满足协议及客户要求
3.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求
3.0.1 Education教育
- Electrical Engineering or Automation Specialty with bachelor's degree or above
电气工程或自动化相关专业大学本科学历及以上
3.0.2 Capabilities / Skills技能

3.0.3 Specific Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
- Be proficient in ICC MCC cabinet design, familiar with Low-Voltage electric, drive and automation components of common brands in market.
精通ICC、MCC电控柜设计，熟悉各品牌低压电气、传动及自动化元件的特点及规格。
- Have a good understanding of PLC control systems and HMI programming, SCADA configuration, reporting system design as well as popular Fieldbus protocols.
熟练掌握PLC控制系统及HMI编程、SCADA组态、报表设计和常见的现场总线协议
- Familiar with the related knowledge such as electric drawing standards, manufacturing and technical processes, workshop assembly and site installation.
熟悉电气制图标准、生产加工工艺、车间装配及现场设备安装等相关知识。
- Understand relevant design and drawing softwares.
了解相关设计、制图软件如Auto CAD或ELCAD
- Be Skilled with SAP and MsOffice.
熟练掌握SAP及Office办公软件
- Working experience in automation engineering over 3 years.
3年以上电气自动化专业的工作经验
4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
Make preliminary designs on the basis of information provided by customers to support bidding. Supply accurate cost estimates of the controls and instrumentation required for proper system operation.
根据客户提供的项目信息进行产品的初步设计，以支持投标。对系统正常动作所需控制系统和仪表部份的成本的精确估计
Design control systems, panels, and software according to: the sales contract, customer specifications, and Schenck standards to satisfy our customers.
根据销售合同、客户标准和申克标准设计控制系统、控制柜和软件以满足客户需求
- Make sure our system designs match all related general design criteria and specific customer requests.
确保我们的系统设计符合所有相关通用设计规范及客户的特殊要求
- Design control systems according to the customer’s process and specifications.
结合客户的工艺和功能需求设计控制系统
- Make panel and MCC layout drawings and related components selection.
控制柜和MCC布局设计及元件选型
- Design the control system architecture, PLC and HMI programming.
设计控制系统架构, PLC程序及画面组态
- Prepare the required system documentation: Logic Diagrams, I/O Lists, Cable Lists, Instrument Data Sheets, Interlock Diagrams, Functional Descriptions, etc.
根据项目要求编制：逻辑图，I/O表，电缆表，仪表数据表，连锁图，控制逻辑描述等
- Prepare specifications and request for quotes for purchased equipment
为要采购的设备准备报价用的规格和要求以报价
- Solve the technical problems for the purchasing engineer, commissioning manufacturer and workshop assembly and etc.
解决采购工程师、加工商和车间装配等遇到的技术问题
- Assist customer to finish installation and commissioning with related technical information to ensure the system is installed and commissioned correctly.
协助客户的现场安装调试并提供相关的技术信息以保证安装工作的顺利进行
- Assistant sales team to solve the tough technical problems during contract negotiation.
协助销售人员解决与客户谈判过程中的技术难题
- Assist to integrate the materials to ensure information completeness.
协助做好项目资料整理、存档工作保证相关材料的完整性
- Accomplish the Manager’s other temporary work
完成上级经理交付的其他临时性工作
