职责描述：
We are looking for Business Analyst who has an upstream focus rather than implementation focus. The Business Analyst mainly works on the requirement management process and coordination in projects or runtime delivery, supports business in prioritization of scope and in selecting/designing optimal IT solutions based on stakeholder and end user needs. Business Analyst, which has excellent solution understanding combined with related process knowledge, responsible for managing the solution(s) in collaboration with business & process stakeholders.
This job is located in Tianjin China.
This job is to
1. Plan, executes and leads all activities concerning gathering and management of system requirements and system modelling.
2. Provide visual design considering from end user perspective.
3. Responsible for the documentation concerning both functional and non-functional requirements.
4. Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks.
5. Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary.
6. Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost.
7. Propose prioritization of changes in the solution.
8. Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area.
9. Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area.
10. Support quality assurance activities of end user support, for example root cause analysis, end-to-end support quality etc.
11. Support process and solution key user network(s).
12. Execute trainings together with process and solution key user and business stakeholders.
13. Facilitate global workshops cross site according to recommended methods.
14. Continuously work to improve existing ways of working.
15. Mentor and share experience with Business Analysts at previous step and/or deliver internal training in Business Analysis or User Experience methods.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor and/or Master degree with majors in, but not limited to, computer science, software engineering, automation, electrical engineering, information technology, etc..
2. Strong communications skills and good service mindset.
3. Good learning agility, strong interesting in IT career development.
4. Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
5. A good team player.
6. Good thinking and problem solving skill.
7. Good understanding in general business knowledge, experience on automotive industry is a plus.
Good understanding in application development process.
Excellent oral and written English or Japanese.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
