职位描述
Responsibilities:
？Support the program team by maintaining and coordinating program management documentation. Maintenance of program numbers in PDM and Program Database and updating of program costs from SAP to Project Database, maintenance of program details on Intranet, maintenance of internal orders and product hierarchies in SAP, the tracking and of Program Management KPI’s, maintenance of capacity plan for Program Management, maintenance of PCP project status and maintenance and reporting on hours in time tracker system
？Maintain tracking of action items and follow up on the action items.
？Monitor aspects of project execution to ensure timely contribution by team members. Maintains a detailed project schedule.
？Assist in the development, planning and execution of meeting agendas and progress reports. Coordination of departmental and global program management meetings.
？Identify roadblocks in the progress of the program and works with team members, personnel and management to resolve. Support the development of projects related to material and long lead time
？Host Project Circle including the maintenance and release of program status and applications, maintain project database with budget revisions, and maintenance of the executive summary.
？Annual SR&ED Claim: Collection of data from internal systems and conduct R&D interviews with Engineering and Project Management personnel to complete the annual claim.
？Domestic and International Travel.
？Other duties as assigned

Education
An appropriate level of education and experience will be evaluated for the position. College diploma or university degree in business or engineering discipline is preferred. accounting/finance knowledge, be expert in Excel and PPT, Minitab is a plus; Automotive experience a plus but not a must; excellent English and communication skills

An appropriate level of education and experience will be evaluated for the position. 2 to 3 years experience in automotive customer support role is preferred.
