职位描述
1、负责大客户的业务行销,做好KA客户的开发与维护、销售任务的达成、竞争方市场份额的开拓等;
2、完成目标客户定期拜访,维持与现有KA客户的良好业务关系,开拓所负责区域新客户,充分了解客户需求、制定/演示人力资源专业咨询服务方案、推动谈判/业务达成,保证方案的有效实施;
3、做好沟通和服务,提升客户满意度,推动成交,提高单个客户销售额,帮助客户实现目标。
任职要求
1、本科学历及以上,有同行经验可适当放宽学历要求;
2、2年以上大客户销售经验,有对公销售从业经验; ;
3、愿意从事富有挑战的销售工作;
4、思路清晰,目标明确,积极主动,能在高强度下完成销售任务;
5、有出众的表达能力与沟通技巧,擅于发掘客户的潜在需求,擅于把握,有优秀的谈判和快速的反应决策能力。

1.可以专注成为TOPSALES,成为人力资源专家;
2.有管理潜质的,可以晋升管理。销售部所有管理岗都由内部提升,每年都有一到二次内部竞聘会。
