岗位职责：
1、负责华北区人力资源外包产品市场开拓；
2、定向开发、储备目标客户、把握销售机会促成合作，达成销售目标；
4、维护新老客户关系，提高客户满意度，进行全方位产品线业绩拉伸；
5、进行跨部门沟通协作，根据客户需求调动内外部资源，配合交付团队确保项目稳定运行；
6、执行公司的销售策略及政策，积极向公司提出参考意见，维护企业形象。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、三年及以上销售相关工作经验；有人力资源外包行业经验优先考虑;
3、热爱销售工作，善于客户关系管理，具有大客户独立攻单能力;
4、有成功欲望，进取心/责任心强，能承受工作压力；
5、头脑清晰，思维敏捷，具有良好的沟通协调能力。
