We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
The purpose of this role is to provide payment services at branch level as the local expert in branch operations.
1. Collaborate with payment branches and Global Service Centre to provide professional and compliance payment services with high efficiency, realize our service commitment to our clients. Implement group policies, global standards requirements and local procedure/regulations in the payment process.
2. Implement and adhere to Business Service Domain strategies aligned to the Global Businesses in daily payment services.
3. Acting as the payment service interface (focal contact point) with the Global Businesses and Global Functions in HUB centers.
4. Be responsible to handle local regulatory reports and activities related to payment services.
5. Provide payment service support to cross-branch where appropriate to maintain sustainable payment services in HUB centers.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
2. Strong learning abilities to understand bank policies, regulations, procedures and process very quickly.
3. Logic thinking and problem solving skills, discretion and the ability to deal with complex or conflict matters.
4. Excellent communication, analytical skills and influencing skills - able to understand and articulate the change and issues, translate it into business process and enhancements.
5. Minimum a university degree, with additional qualifications (i.e. Certificate of Accounting Professional) preferred
6. Good at spoken and written in both Chinese and English
7. With strong team work spirit and self-motivation, be able to work under pressure with positive attitude
