岗位职责
1.独立或者与销售团队合作推动企业数字化学习平台销售，达成销售业绩；
2.优化销售流程，管理销售漏斗；
3.创新市场推广方式和工具，提升产品影响力；
4. 赋能区域销售团队，建立良好的协作关系。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，较好的英语水平，计算机相关专业优先；
2.5年以上企业培训、人力资源相关行业或大型人力相关软件销售工作经验，对to B产品的销售、解决方案、服务流程有全面的了解；
3.具备顾问式销售能力，大客户开发能力，大项目管控经验及客户成功服务经验优先；
4.优秀的学习能力和自驱力，业务导向。
