职位描述：
1.Communicate with local customers and oversea agency, checking the bill information with them;
联系本地客户和海外代理保持良好的沟通与交流，核对提单信息；
2.Timely complete the bill of lading data entry in the system (EBMS & SAP)
能及时在系统里完成提单数据录入工作；
3. Handle all kinds of emergencies and report to superiors in a timely manner.
处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；
4.Completing other related work assigned by the superior
完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.College degree or above, shipping and freight forwarding, foreign trade, English majors are preferred;
大专及以上学历，航运及货代、外贸、英语专业毕业者优先；
2.Proficient in shipping / Carrier / freight forwarding documentation process, proficient in shipping business and related professional knowledge;
精通航运、船公司、货代单证流程，精通航运业务及相关专业知识；
3.Familiar with office and other office software; Have some understanding of forwarder software;
应用熟练，熟悉 office 等办公软件；对 EBMS 和 SAP 软件有一定的了解；
4.Love the logistics industry, have certain anti - pressure ability, work conscientiously and responsibly, think quickly, have good customer service awareness and communication ability, and have strong coordination ability.
热爱物流行业,有一定的抗压能力，工作认直负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
