一、工作职责：
? Management representative of EHS Management System in the plant
? Organizer and holder of plant EHS committee
? Set up plant annually EHS target and action plans, following up those action plans to be fulfilled.
? Implement the group EHS directives and policies.
? systematically evaluate the impacts from hazards potentially existing in our operation, take actions to minimize the risk to be acceptable.
? Update the legal requirement on time to ensure the business complied with the legal requirement.
? Apply safety management tools such as risk assessment, machine guarding assessment, safety training, accident investigation, TOSH, BBSO, KYT, Safety Inspection etc. to improve employees’ safety awareness.
? Take actions to control the highest risk and significant environment impacts in the plants.
? Establish firefighting management system including emergency plan, drills and update BCP on time to ensure effective emergent-cy response.
? Lead Plant Sustainability activities and monthly report to HQ
? Ownership of Occupational health management in the plant
? Good communication with relevant parties to ensure compliance with all activities.
? Other tasks assigned by superior.
二、任职要求
? Above university education majoring in safety engineering or oth-er engineering.
? Certificate national safety engineer
? Certificate internal auditor of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 system
? Above 3 years’ experience in the same position in Automotive, Chemical and Heavy industries
? Strong sense of risk analysis, risk control and risk management
? Familiar with EHS standard and laws
? Good English skill
? IT skills such as Lotus Notes, MS office
? Teamwork and problem-solving spirit.
? Good communication skills
