1. Create and maintain production planning according to the customer forecast and call-off.

2. Create production order and labels and ensure the documentation in ERP system and paperwork.

3. Control internal material flow and warehouse stock quantity to ensure the safety stock of finish goods and materials.

4. Clarify customer order requirement, process customer orders and monitor inventory to ensure product delivery timely. Responsible for finish goods shipping.

5. If there is any customer deliver problem, scheme short-term/long-term solution and communicate in/between departments.

6. Responsible for warehouse planning, monitor stock and continually improve, regular inventory and align the figures with controlling.

7. Control the returning of empty boxes, monitor empty boxes stock to fulfill production plan.

8. It's also a part of the assignments if there is any signed environment, health, safety related responsibilities, working task, working area.

9. Other tasks if necessary.
