职位描述：
1. 新项目量产阶段制造过程导入；?To lead the manufacture process of new project at the SOP gate. Optimize the manufacturing process ；
2. 编制检验文件，控制计划书及制定相关检验标准;?Prepare the inspection instruction, control plan and define the related inspection standard;
3. 负责不合格品控制，分析并制定相关的纠正及预防措施;?Responsible the non-conformance control, analysis and make the correction action and preventive action ;
4. 跟踪客户质量表现，主导问题解决并完成提交报告 ;?Follow up the customer performance, lead the problem solving and finish the quality report;
5. 负责内部质量表现，跟踪问题解决状态;?Responsible internal performance , follow up the problem solving status;
6. 根据工艺以及产品需要，保证过程质量，策划并制定在线检具;?According to the requirements of process and parts, in order to control the process quality to plan and make the inspection gage in line;
7. 确保质量相关的绩效.?Ensure quality performance in a proper way.

任职要求：
1.本科以上,机械、电子或相关专业；?College degree or above, major of Mechanical or Electronics；
2.有两年以上过程质量控制的经验；?More than 5 years process experience, quality and manufacturing experience 。
3. 熟悉 IATF16949质量管理体系、IATF16949质量管理体系相关经验?Understand the TS16949 quality management system、 IATF16949 system experience；
4. 熟悉FMEA、SPC、CP、PPAP、APQP等工具；?Be familiar with the FMEA, SPCCP、PPAP、APQP etc；
5. 系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力、良好的英语听说、读写能力,良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力、较强的抗压能力。?System analysis ability and independent problem-solving ability、good English listening, speaking, reading and writing,good communication skills and interpersonal skills 、 good in pressure management.
