一、职位描述
? Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance plan in mechanical area, monitoring the implement status and analyzing the PM result.
? Executing of PM as per the plan & recording the data in the check sheets
? Trouble shooting the problems in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic.
? Give the technology support for maintenance worker.
? Breakdown analyzing using fishbone diagram, Plato, and identifies the permanent corrective action.
? To identify the critical spare parts list, update in the spare parts stock level in the register at stores after consuming spares for PM &breakdown.
? Responsible for cooperation with other department to do related mechanical project
? Assisting to maintenance manager to make sure machine condition, reduce the failure of machine.
? Improving machine to enhance efficiency of production.
? Responsible for making and modifying maintenance prevention plan basis on breakdown analysis.
? Responsible for new project and machine mechanical quality and safety, validate and audit.
? To maintain the all PLC TP and Robots program backups in server
? Responsible for maintenance technology training.
? Make TPM action and autonomous preventive plan.
? Update LOTO procedure and audit termly.
? Kaizen action proposal and implement.
二、任职要求：
? College degree or above majored in mechanical engineering
? Minimum 3years experiences in automobile or manufacturing industry
? Minimum 3years maintenance experiences for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic
? Good English read and writing skills
? Ability for mechanical and hydraulic design.
? Good team spirit and problem solving ability
