职位描述
Role Responsibilities and Tasks:
1) Execute sales activities directly or through designated dealers/ agents;
2) Manage sales planning and reporting, define sales targets with Professional Superior and monitor sales performance;
3) Plan and execute strategies with the Professional Superior to motivate and enhance sales;
4) Be responsible for the monthly and annual sales targets for mining & earthmoving hydraulic excavators and trucks in China defined by the management of LMS;
5) Manage and coordinate with other team members on the cooperation with key accounts, agents and distributors;
6) Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with key process partners, such as Sales Administration, RSMs and Service Managers, Finance Department etc.;
7) Coordinate with after-sales service actively under any circumstance;
8) Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements etc.;
9) Observe the market and its development, provide market analysis and reports to the Professional Superior;
10) Communicate with product management of relevant factories (LEC, LME, LWT, etc.) to define common action plan to improve the sales;
11) Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with professional associations and advertisement sources;
12) Provide training and coaching for key accounts when required;
13) Monitor and report competitor’s activities;
14) Perform other duties assigned by the Professional Superior.
Role Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Training, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, etc.;
3) Sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
4) At least 3-5 years working experience in sales/marketing for mining excavators and trucks;
5) Knowledge of sales and service process in machinery industry;
6) Be familiar with earthmoving/ mining equipment;
7) Be familiar with marketing of heavy industrial product in China;
8) Ability to explore and understand the expectations and requirements of customers;
9) Microsoft office applications;
10) Skilled in English writing and speaking;
