Job description:
？ Development, Validation and Implementation of EMC Concepts on generic, product and system level.
？ EMC design consultancy for electrification projects (Inverter, Battery Management Systems, HV-Box, On-board Charger, and HV-LV DCDC).
？ Execution of basic analog EMC simulation on system level to ensure EMC conformance of product and system design.
？ EMC Design support and basic EMC Simulation.
？ Analysis of results and deduction of design improvements on product and system level.
？ Application of Common Design Standards during Product Life Cycle.
？ Provision of EMC solutions under consideration of IC/ASIC performance, circuitry and
PCB design, technological and mechanical aspects.
？ Documentation of validated solutions as Lessons Learned, update of Common Design Standards.

Job Requirements:
？ Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar.
？ Over 5 years of professional experience in Automotive Electronics and EMC.
？ 3-5 years of EMC team management experience is a plus.
？ Profound knowledge on EMC (circuitry and PCB design, EMC measurement technique, PCB CAD and EMC simulation).
？ Initiative & Dedication.
？ Problem Solving Skills.
？ Result-driven pragmatic approach.
？ Customer (project team and OEM) orientation.
？ English skills required.
？ Proficient in the use of MS Office software applications (Word & Excel).
