KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Strictly adhere to company EHS, Ethic &Compliance policy. Follow up International Trading Compliance and government regulations in daily operation.
2.Be responsible import & export declaration and operation. Timely prepare proper declaration documents/certification according to local Customs and CIQ policy. Cooperate with customs broker to conduct declaration within agreed KPI lead time.
3.In charge of E-handbook data registration, data reconciliation and SAP data adjustment.
4.Dealing with daily import issues and provide solutions for emergency case. Monitor suppliers working quality, log issues on Supplier Complaint System and follow up corrective actions.
5.Be responsible for maintain loading plan and delay notice on weekly basis. Keep close communication with site planning team to understand business urgent needs to make priority of inbound plan;
6.Cooperate with 3rd-party warehouse to ensure all warehouse activities are in compliance with EHS standard and S&OP, including goods receipt, goods issue, label printing, relabeling, repack, sampling, inter-company stock movement, and stock discrepancy adjustment etc.
7.Timely submit payment documents to finance accurately including payment to inter-company and 3rd-party vendors, logistic service providers, import duty & VAT, etc.
8.Be responsible for filing import documents and other supporting documents of system transaction against audit requirements.
9.Be self-development oriented and facilitate others’ associates work.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College graduate or above.
Experiences:
1.Above 3 years of experience in logistic and Import/Export operation especially in manufactory or chemical industry.
2.Familiar with Customs regulation and Import/Export policy.
3.Good bi-lingual communication skill and positive working attitude.
4.Good English in oral and written.
Know-how/skills: Import & Export handling process in China; ERP/SAP system;
