工作职责Job responsibility:能够独立或与团队一起进行大型传动设备调试，同时兼顾项目范围内相关联的其它电气设备中压、
低压、自动化等领域的系统性调试工作。Be able to perform large drive commissioning independently or
with team, and also take into account the commissioning of other related
electrical equipment in medium voltage, low voltage, and related automation
system in our project scope.professional engineering work of hardware system
integration, including but not limited to, electric drive, MV, LV, weak current
system, automatic system, etc.1.
根据项目技术文档，负责大传动设备的调试，疑难问题处理，客户培训等。按照调试指导进行有序调试，及时整理、归纳总结，及时发现问题、反馈问题、并提出整改建议。
According to the project technical documents, responsible for large drive
system commissioning, trouble shooting, customer training, etc. Perform
commissioning orderly, according to the related guide. timely collecting, and
summarization, timely find problems, feedback problems, and put forward
rectification suggestions.2. 业务领域主要集中在钢铁、矿井提升机、石化、船舶等领域。采用西门子的创新技术及解决方案。Mainly
focus on metal, mine winder, oil & gas, marine business etc. based on Siemens
cut-edge technology and solution.3. 文档书写的能力，及时总结项目的技术问题，并进行规范文档整理。Ability to
write documents, timely summarize technical issues of the project, and organize
normative documents.4.
坚持项目目标导向，结果驱动，保证设计交付图纸及采购清单及技术要求符合合同技术及质量要求，并同项目经理一道优化项目成本，保证项目交付物的质量。Keep
result driven and target orientation to guarantee engineering deliverables like
drawings, purchasing list and technical specifications comply with and
according to Contract specifications and quality standard. Together with
project manager, to optimize the project cost within the budget while with good
quality.5. 关注项目相关干系人并能够高效沟通，满足客户的期许。Focus on stakeholder’s requirement and
expectation management, keep close communication and efficient response to
achieve high customer satisfaction.6.
同项目团队一起识别项目中的技术风险及机会，并制定相应的风险应对方案，保证项目技术方案经济可行并改善项目收益。Together with project
team, identify and manage project technical risks and opportunities, and
formulate corresponding risk response measure and plan, to ensure project
technical solution economical and feasible to safeguard and improve project
margin.7. 积极主动支持销售拓展业务并发掘新的项目机会。Actively support sales and business development
team to develop new project opportunity.8. 办公地点：北京/上海/可协商Work office located in
Beijing/Shang Hai/ work place can be negotiated.
任职要求Job requirements:1、 全日制本科及以上学历，电气驱动或强电专业优先。Bachelor degree or above, major
in drive or electrical engineering is preferred.2、
5年或以上的工作经验，曾有钢铁、矿山、石化或船舶等领域等大型项目设计和调试经验, 特别是具有中压变频驱动及自动控制系统设计经验者将优先。5 years or
above of engineering experience, with large scale project engineering
experience of Metal or Mine hoisting, Oil & Gas, Marine, especially medium
voltage drive and automation control system engineering and commissioning
experience is preferred.3、 熟悉西门子中压驱动、中压配电、低压元器件选型或自动化等产品在系统中的应用。Familiar with
Siemens product’s application in system integration, such as MV drive, MV, LV
or automatic control.4、 有学习能力，并主动学习，能够适应经常性出差的要求， 积极主动响应客户的合理需求。Learning
ability and active learning, able to adapt to the requirements of frequent
business trips, and actively respond to the reasonable needs of customers.5、
英语听说读写流利。Fluent English in speaking and writing.6、 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，具备良好内外部通能力.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit both internal teams and external
customers.7、 熟练应用TIA Portal STEP7, SCOUT, STARTER, CAD等软件工具。 Skillful in using
TIA Portal STEP7, SCOUT, STARTER, and CAD.
