Job Description
1. Make sure each plant's inventory meet the budget and DOI target, meanwhile provide a strong support to our business at the same time. track monthly inventory level and keep inventory structure heathy, reduce the slow-moving stock as much as possible.
2.Provide the best delivery and service to customer, work close with production department, CSR, WH and QA to avoid any kind of supply issues. make sure each plant's OTIF rate over than 95%, tracking the OTIF performance.
3.Manage Panyu Mixing center as SOP way, bring the demand vs supply past review and future overview transparency. Support GC Supply Chain manager to maintain the G.C SOP process as well as including mixing center supply situation. Expand and optimize the Kanban process for master batch between PY mixing center and other plants.
4.Lead in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply planning. Evaluate plant capacity performance and capability, identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability, building into the SOP process risk, balance supply resource and mitigating approaches to manage supply performance among all GC Plants.
5.Train and coach the GC plant production planners to improve planning skills and accuracy on material master set up, provide RM, GIP and F/G Production capacity plan and plant utilization, Implement EOQ and production wheel process, support production team to improve SA. Improve the GC planning team ability and internal service level.
6.Prepare the annual budgeting for supply and inventory budget numbers for RM, MB and FG upon the request from management, perform the standard EOQ calculation and logistics budget according to stock profile optimization.
7.Setup objectives to achieve the continuously improvement with the team.
8.Take good rule in related project or WAM activity, develop and implement the Pull logic to all material and production planning in China.
9.Continuously improve the SAP planning process and utilization in supply chain planning, material and inventory management.
10.Complete the task assigned by management team.
11.Manage the team members, generate develop plan for each member, maintain a sustainable team and performance. Provide the relevant and necessary training program to team members. Guide the whole team to achieve the department and company's goal.

Job Specifications
1. Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5 years of relevant Production, Planning and Material Planning experience in a chemical /manufacturing environment, 2 years team management experience is preferable.
2.Ability to clearly communicate ideas and complex situations in a large group setting. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, coordination, and planning Ability to setup and accomplish goals and tasks with teams through teamwork; influencing and leading; negotiation; experience in supply chain planning area and management experience.
3.Experience and knowledge on SAP related modules. Excellent data statistic and analysis skill.
4.Excellent reporting skill is required, Advanced skill on PC and Microsoft Application especially Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Project.
5.Excellent people management is required.
6.Good at writing and spoken English, Good at communicating and coordinate activities for multiple departments.
7.Must possess strong problem-solving skills and solid judgment and be able to work autonomously.
8.Better have LEAN knowledge and experience on LEAN or WCM improvement projects.
