职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责公司私域用户池的用户细分运营,对运营转化效果负责。通过原创内容、运营活动等方式,对用户实现分级分层运营,提升用户价值感和留存,提高用户池价值;
2、负责公司私域体系内各内容平台、短视频平台的内容产出(方向可选),直播运营和IP孵化,对内容质量和数据效果负责;
3、负责私域体系各新媒体及直播平台的账号管理和运营,数据分析和挖掘,产出有效的数据分析报告,提高运营效率;
4、参与私域体系各平台存量用户的定向引流和运营,完成流量闭环,持续提效。
岗位要求
1、本科以上学历,3年以上C端用户运营经验,2年以上新媒体或直播相关经验;
2、有校园人群、招聘求职、就业辅导相关经验和资源优先;有企业微信运营成功案例优先;
3、较强的沟通能力和抗压能力,情绪管理和时间管理能力。
