岗位职责
1、负责公司私域用户池的用户细分运营，对运营转化效果负责。通过原创内容、运营活动等方式，对用户实现分级分层运营，提升用户价值感和留存，提高用户池价值；
2、负责公司私域体系内各内容平台、短视频平台的内容产出（方向可选），直播运营和IP孵化，对内容质量和数据效果负责；
3、负责私域体系各新媒体及直播平台的账号管理和运营，数据分析和挖掘，产出有效的数据分析报告，提高运营效率；
4、参与私域体系各平台存量用户的定向引流和运营，完成流量闭环，持续提效。

岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，3年以上C端用户运营经验，2年以上新媒体或直播相关经验；
2、有校园人群、招聘求职、就业辅导相关经验和资源优先；有企业微信运营成功案例优先；
3、较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，情绪管理和时间管理能力。
