岗位职责：
1、为负责区域销售团队提供公开课业务支持-课程排期规划、讲师安排、宣传推广、销售培训、协助执行；
2、与区域各地销售团队协作，提供产品、服务支持及业务数据分析，跟进销售进度，推动区域公开课业绩达成；
3、提供线上线下公开课的售前售后支持、问题解决及经验梳理；
4、把控关键节点，协助各地完成公开课顺利执行，处理突发事件；
5、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、主动积极，有责任心，有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神；
2、调理清晰，具备较强的统筹协调能力和应变能力；
3、热爱学习，沟通表达良好，乐于自我提升和助人成长；
4、熟练使用OUTLOOK、WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件, 有一定文件/图片/视频编辑美化能力；
5、本科及以上学历，培训行业运营支持、销售支持工作经验优先。
