1.Manage Assembly Shop ensure achieve production task according plan;
直接管理组装车间，负责确保按计划完成生产任务；
2.Responsible control production cost, and improve the qualification rates of product and OEE;
负责控制车间的生产成本，努力提高产品合格率及设备利用率；
3.Responsible for cost control in production process, ensure raw materials and consumption control with the scope of the target;
负责对生产过程成本耗用进行有效控制，保证原材料、费用消耗控制在目标范围内；
4.Supervise and manage assembly production site and ensure safety production, implementation of 5S and lean production etc;
生产现场的监督管理工作确保车间安全生产，推行5s及精益生产等；
5.Cooperate and communicate with relevant department and solve issues in production;
负责做好和相关部门的协调、沟通工作，及时解决生产中的各种突发问题；
6.Responsible for supervision and management of subordinates, and performance evaluation;
负责做好下属员工的监督管理工作，并对其工作业绩进行考核；
7.Establish a safe workplace and responsible for manage and supervise the workshop‘s safety inspection, and immediate rectification for potential safety issues;
负责管理监督本车间安全检查工作并建立安全工作场所，对于安全隐患立即进行整改；
8.Responsible for carry out all EHS system and MAGNA group EHS policies at assembly shop;
负责EHS相关体系及MAGNA集团EHS政策方针在组装车间的推行实施；
9.Arrange training for subordinates by systematic to improve staffs knowledge and skills;
有计划的安排下属员工的培训，致力于员工知识技能的提高；
10.Achieve other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above degree, major in management or science and engineering;
本科及以上学历，管理专业或理工科专业；
2. 5 years working experience in the automotive industry, more than 3 years related working experience;
具有汽车行业5年以上工作经历，3年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3. Familiar with production management knowledge, be familiar with the product structure and assembly operation process;
熟悉生产管理知识，熟悉产品结构和装配操作流程；
4. Must be able to read and write in English, and with oral English skills;
具有英语读写能力，并具备英语口语能力；
5. Strong ability of communication, coordination and management ability.
具有较强的沟通、协调能力及管理能力。
