Documentation work related to Sea Export
Complete the tasks assinged by supervisor and manager and achieve the KPI requirement
Finish the daily work assigned by company with high quality and timely
具体职责：
Shipment Creation in CW1 system
SI/VGM E-manifest doc collection
Submit E-manifest
Input SI data into CW, sent SI to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L
Security filing submission
HB/L draft verification with supplier till HB/L OK
Invoice title verification (+ New Org code application)
ATD check and update in CW
DNO delivery
Upload MBL into eDoc


沟通对象：
Internal: Operations from BUs
External:Shippers, Vendors, etc.


任职资格：
Degree qualified, logistics / international trade related subjects perferred
Experience in freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage
Computer skills and data entry accuracy

Good team player with good interpersonal skill
willing to learn new skills quickly
Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independantly
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command both reading and written English and Chinese
