1. Take the lead for technical evaluation for potential suppliers
2. Ensure the product from supplier is according to SECOP Specification and procedure
3. Ensure the process at supplier is under control
4. Assistance supplier to improve performance and achieve corporation's objectives in the areas of Quality, Cost and Response, including Potential Supplier approval, Design review, Control Plan Audits, Process Audits, Problem Solving Activities
5. Review component design with suppliers to verify cost, feasibility, capacity, gauging and overall conformance to specified tolerances.
6. Drive internal MAP for raw-materials from suppliers
7. Participate to establish and maintain inspection plan for parts
8. Ensure continuously improvement at supplier to reduce supplier internal failure rate.
9. Push and support supplier improving process efficiency to reduce internal cost.
10. Align and define quality target with supplier
11. Keep pushing supplier development projects
12. Keep pushing parts localization
13. Lead and support supplier development projects
14. Be an expert on Quality Tools - Lead / Assist supplier implementing quality tools during production,
15. Follow Material Approval Procedure (MAP) for new parts as part of NPD projects, and re-qualify parts as part of supplier transition projects
16. Support R&D new project (involve supplier during design to define suitable process and spec)
17. Push supplier to improve supplier processes and procedures to meet cost, specification and capability targets, support purchasing team for cost reduction.
18. To be a technical liaison between our Suppliers, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing Sites.
19. Implement regular audit at supplier to ensure suitable quality system control at supplier
20. Ensure supplier quality issue improvement action effectiveness
21. Ensure supplier quality performance stable at SECOP and keep improvement.
22. Share supplier quality performance to each supplier
23. Align and define quality target and quality penalty with supplier
24. Implement process audit at supplier during part development to verify supplier quality system control setup
25. Release parts in system
26. Ensure needed documents for parts approval well managed according to company standard.
27. Ensure internal cost due to parts failure under control.
28. Lead / Assist supplier implementing quality tools during production.
29. Ensure tool/equipment maintenance management at supplier
30. Ensure change management at supplier according to company standard
31. Ensure quality deviation improvement effectiveness and close quality deviation case efficiently
32. Regular supplier performance evaluation
33. On site monitor supplier process control.
34. Environmental and Safety ensure at supplier side
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or higher
2. At least 5 years manufacturing industry working background.
3. Rich experience for supplier development, supplier/ customer quality complaint handling.
4. Good experience for supplier quality management
5. Working experience with IATF16949 background
6. Experience in project management
7. Fluent communication in English during daily work;
8. Good communication skill
9. Good office software skill
10. Good mechanical and measurement background knowledge
11. Better to have compressor principle knowledge
12. Better to have R&D background for mechanical/ motor or electrical part design.
13. Good to have independent IOS9001 audit ability
14. Open mind
15. Active personality
16.Accept frequently business travel

Secop Compressors(Tianjin) Co.,Ltd, that was founded in Wuqing development area. The main products are compressor for household, mobile cooling and light commercial. This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
